You told another poster to eat raw for same amount of time on fast. Does it have to be strictly raw? I like fruit, and salads but other veg i like steamed or lightly stirfryed in coconut oil or olive oil.
I do plan to eat cooked foods after fast and recovery time. I will be eliminating dairy and wheat from my diet though. I don't eat soya though so am limited in the way of meat and dairy substitutes. I have got kefir grains in the freezer, did that for awhile, i was wondering if that would be okay being fermented.
