I'm in Australia and I don't think we have Farmer Joe's.
I used to eat yogurt every day (a bit addicted to it), but I have been gaining so much weight, that I cut it out.
I have just started using greens, but not with probiotics in it. Maybe I should try that.
Not sure I understand the connection though. How is not having diarrhea a bad thing? I still have regular bms each day. I was just thinking that maybe the reason I am having all these emotional problems is that the mms is killing stuff off, but it isn't getting out. But if I am still having bms each day ???????????? Confused!
