Hello everyone! I read a book over the Holiday Season that had a very small section in it on fasting. It sparked my interest in doing a juice fast, and so I've been doing some reading up on it. Long story short, I am in. I bought a juicer, stocked up on organic fruits and veggies and have been jucing non-stop for 2 days now! Now for my question.
Is it weird that I don't like the taste of the juiced veggies? I have found many different fruit combos that I can stand, and some that I love! But the veggies just taste gross to me! I really want to stick out this fast (doing a 15 day), so is it alright to not have many veggies and drink mostly fruit juice?
Also, why is juicing better than just eating the fruits and the veggies?
