This is an interesting question, which I have thought a lot about. When I have talked to others who have become really healthy (alkalized), they have said that what they get from eating raw veggies is a lot of the beneficial flora. And this is also my own impression.
I tend to agree with this ... I think that it really depends upon our personal state. When we truly achieve balance, I'm not sure the negative microforms are really able to gain a foothold...and the raw foods give us the flora we need.
But, until we are very balanced, I think that you are exactly right ... raw foods will give us both negative and beneficial microforms.
