Just a note -
Looking for "feeling well" may not be the best indicator of progress.
If your doing the protocol your killing off the bad stuff then the remains of the bad stuff has to find its way out.
During this time you aren't necessarily going to get that "feeling well" feeling.
If your not feeling the greatest you may be making the greatest progress.
Its when your done with the protocol that you want to look for "feeling well".
Thats when you will find it.
It will be before "90" for sure.
