I'm still not taking that much, but when I do I fist activate it with Apple Cider Vineger. Then, when it's ready, I mix it with Bragg's ACV "Energy Drink" which is basically 16 oz of water with four teaspoons of ACV and I put in enough Stevia to make it sweet. Which is a lot actually.
Then I just put in about a tablespoon of the "drink" and wash it down. The taste is very tolerable, and there's no Sugar in it. And I'm taking ACV to help kill the candida bugs, so I think it's win-win all around.
Just an idea if you don't want to venture into the juice realm.
