I'm sure this is something you do regularly, but just in case I thought I'd share what I notice with myself and others around me.
If I don't feel well I will tend to want to just lay around. I also won't sleep well because I didn't get enough stimulation, light or exercise. I find that if I am over an illness, but still am weak and tired. I will just remain feeling that way unless I exercise. I've had to make myself get up, get in the shower, get out of the house and get on a regular exercise program. No particular order in that. It seems the more energy I spend the more I receive. Then it no longer is difficult. It becomes something I miss. I know with Lyme it is hard to feel good because you have the disease for a long time even when it is being treated. I don't think it would exacerbate it as long as you pace yourself. I have candida and something unidentified that gives me arthritic symptoms and I have accompanying low energy. It does help me.
