Hi Hop.
From what I can read you took a pretty heavy dosage...and probably..or rather you should get a least nauseated. Probably toilet time as well, but may be the next day. It was not clear if this was your first try or you were just sick and took a Mega dose.. My wife and I are gradually working up, though we have no specific sickness..we have done 3 drops then wait an hour and 3 more drops...all seems well at the moment. Head congestion seems to have cleared..though I have read numerous posts...about cold symptons coming on after dosing at 7 drops or more..
I will look for the juice in the cold section like you mention.
