Completed Liver Flush before Kidney Flush

I completed the Liver Flush before the kidney flush. I'm not feeling so well and my skin color is sort of yellow. I know you are supposed to complete all flushes before the Liver Flush but my naturopath insisted I start the Liver Flush first. Again, I don't feel well and my skin color is sort of yellow. What should I do to re-establish my good health? Thanks Tweet
