Everyone is different, so just because most have the D, it doesn't mean that you will too.
Take in lots of alkaline water...get a test kit and test your water's alkalinity. If it's below 7 and I'm sure it will be then add some alkalizing ingredients like lemon, molasses, kelp powder, powdered greens, liquid minerals (moreless has some great recipe ideas).
I have gone back and forth with D and constipation, but in my case I can clearly see that lack of fresh fruits and veggies and a decrease in my water drinking are the main cause.
I suggest you pick up a natural laxative product at the health food store and use it when needed.
