I have done some Thieves oil in a capsule, but didn't really look up all the info for it used in that form. We know what it does on the outside.

Anything so-called poisonous, like the eugenol, is balanced by the other ingredients made by Nature. We know we can find this throughout nature, and the answer is to use what is formulated by nature in it's natural form.
I might edit this and say that if you look up in herbal books about bloodroot, that is said to be poisonous, too. However it is used to kill parasites.
