Re: Abnormal Pap

HPV, Human Papiloma Virus is tough to get rid of. I also had warts as a child, they are very contagious and some are more suusptible than others. Strengthening the immune system is important. As for the pap, nothing to worry about it can clear on its own, providing you correct vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Folic acid and vit E will help greatly. DIM supplement (google it) may help too. Stress also plays a big role in this virus, so relax and remain positive.

MMS has a strong action on this virus, so you may want to look into that, also Iodine supplementing.

I had cervical displasia mild/moderate grade and it cleared on its own, mine was stress related, at least that is what I believe, though it is abvious I have the virus. I have not had veneral warts, but I believe most cases of cellular changes in the cervix are directly related to the HPV virus.
