Excellent article, I have read bits and pieces of it before, but never the whole thing. I would like to present a challenge to people using spring, well or even tap water; check all your taps, tea kettles or pans where water is boiled, check your shower heads and washer and dishwasher connections. If you see a build up of minerals on any of these items used with hard water, consider that these same rocks are being deposited in your joints, blood vessels and organs. This dissolved rock is not the kind of minerals the body can utilize. You are putting yourself in increased danger of kidney stones, arthritis, stroke and heart attacks. If you are afraid of distilled water then add some ionic or chelated minerals, add a little fresh lemon juice or Sea Salt , but for your health's sake avoid overly hard, mineral laden water, get your minerals from plants in either whole food or juice form.
