I started UT about a month ago, 1/2 cup in the morning, 1/2 cup in the afternoon. I have a lot of various health complaints (hormonal, neurological, hair thinning as of late), and want so desperately to help myself!
I used to have terrible gas/bloating, then I went off gluten/dairy and it dissapeared. But now it's back! Could it be effect of ut? Should I give it more time? In a month I didn't see any positive results really, but don't want to give up that easily either :-)
I do eat meat, but I try to balance it with lots of veggies - read it shouldn't be a problem if I'm not doing ut in large amounts...?
Anyone? Please give me some hope :-)
