The good fortune of being older is I know my body.

I have had similar sensations but worse once before. It was after I completed a cup of coconut oil liver flush.

I feel okay with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement detox so far. They are subtle except for the blood shot eyes.

I keep saying to myself I need to drink more water. Maybe I should listen. lol

Peppermint tea will have to suffice for now.

Does taking of the Vitamin C near to the time of taking the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement "deactivate" the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and therefore possibly bring down a too severe detox reaction? I thought I read that by humble somewhere in a post.
