It is wise to take Vit C in am, then pm take very small dose Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I don't like hearing about sensations in the area of the heart...please take caution. Perhaps Me1101 will chime in because her dad is in the same boat with plaque and she has started him on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement too.

I admit I know little about the heart and plaque issues so I can't offer any guidance, but hopefully someone will chime in to help out.
