well where is it now? so do you think you should be able to sue because you did not know it could migrate or what they call preforation or something. on the iud sites it says a lost 1 is an emegency but doctors be like go home call for a surgery appointment. i say we do all have a case because they dont have consistant information or procedures for the what ifs. the people i've heard of expelled the iud with the after birth. i have read all over the internet that you can sue for a failed birth control.
