Don't know about that but the ratio sounds fine.
However Gerson was very concerned about death due to cranial pressure and therefore disallowed all salt.

I managed to get by with a similar mix, it appears that as long as the electrolites are balanced Sodium/Potassium the swelling is non existant. If however that doesn't help then eliminate the salt.
