Thanks Newport. Maybe I am detoxing bromide from all the Celtic Sea Salt I have been consuming lately. Drinking lots of dist. H20 plus juices.
I believe it is time for another Liver-Flush as The symptoms for doing one are past due. Probably with the amount of bugs I have had I could have done some back to back LF's in the beginning. It could very well be that my liver is really backed up again if pain is an indicator.
Have been eating about 2 TBSP of dulse a day for quite a while. This might not be the same as Iodine supplementation per se? My thyroid might be functioning on a little low basis. Nt bad, tho. Am trying to keep away from any environmental toxins, period, as best I can.
I see the MgO supplementation as well as the B vitamins and regular vitamins/day. I do take a suppplemental timed-release super B vitamin most days. And MgCl. Not MgO.
Do this salt wash under a doctor's observation? Hmm! Yup. (grin) Tweet
