Well go with it, but do so with a positive approach! Other suggestions...
1. eat as healthy as you can, avoid processed foods.
2. eat more fruits and veggies, especially dark colored veggies!
3. work on good elimination, consider a fiber supplement, if needed.
4. for malabsorption, which I think you have...try Morning Star mineral complex because it contains fulvic acid and will help your body absorb nutrients.
If you drink distilled water stop because your body could use more minerals and distilled water pulls minerals out of your body. I recommend just filtering your water to remove some of the bad stuff like chlorine and heavy metals.
