Remember that it is the ratio of salt to water that makes the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) effective - if you change it you may not get the effect, and if you're retaining all that salt, this may explain your lack of weight loss, especially since the first few pounds of weight loss is water weight. Go back to the recipe - 1tsp Sea Salt w/1 quart of water. The only thing that should be changed is the cayenne.
For me it usually takes a long time for all the Salt Water to go through - 1/2 the day. Hopefully when you go back to recipe, you'll lose the water weight.
As for weight loss, I continued losing a few days after the cleanse as I used the opportunity to be very careful about portions and content, noticing that my body was perfectly happy with consuming very little compared to what my mind sometimes tells me I want to do (overeat!). I lost only 2 pounds the entire second week... I think my body was adjusting or something, plus I was weight lifting, but it lost more when I was breaking so there are just fluctuations in rate, but yeah I think you need to make sure you're not retaining all that salt. Good luck - keep us posted.
