Because you are in another country it may be difficult for me to make recommendations on supplements. When the body is depleted food sensitivities , as well as chemical sensitivities, are going to be an issue. Consider this, the body requires certain proteins, enzymes, vitamins and minerals in order to break down foods and to neutralize substances in the body...when we are depleted and not getting the proper nutrients from our food then the body cannot perform its duties! I suggest that you avoid distilled water, and simply drink filtered water, so that you can get extra minerals (perhaps you do not drink distilled, IDK), avoid any further cleansing, take a trace mineral supplement, take a high quality food based multi vit/min supplement, and get back into a normal diet, but start very bland...avoid juicing and protein drinks and all other supplements. Especially avoid ALL porcessed foods! For example, for breakfast have a bowl of oatmeal and a piece of fruit, for lunch have an omelet with broccoli & cheese and a piece of whole wheat toast and for dinner have baked sweet potato, fresh green beans (steamed or boiled but lightly, not overcooked) and a small amount of meat or fish.

Nursing is hard on the body and you need even more nutrients during this time. It will take months to get your system balanced so be patient and do seek out a nutritionist...
