One suggestion: Holy tea, this stuff is NOT a laxative but it conditions the intestines very well and corrects digestive issues! I have just bought 5 lbs of the herbs in this tea to make up batches for resale and my own personal use.
What I love about this tea is you make it by the gallon and it keeps in the fridge and you simply drink a glass with every meal. It tastes like ordinary cold tea, very refreshing.
I tend to get constipated easily, but not with this tea, my husband is the opposite and is very regular, so he can only drink one glass per day. He loves this tea!
