they have other transmitters across the country. no need for haarp. there was an incident in texas that i saw documented but couldnt find it. the fact is, all those cell towers? they are perfect. and they are everywhere. i am so glad i am in a hole out here. we have to walk outside the house to get cell service. if you have five bars on your phone, you are in the direct line of fire.

as far as your question is concerned, i dont know, but it would be less coverage than a satellite, and they need at least a pair of them to reach coast to coast. Tweet
