That is a tough question!

I take Rainbow Light because it's one-a-day, affordable, and I get results!

I have tried others that require 2-3 times per day or taking more than one and I don't like it. Best to keep it simple or you will forget or get tired of taking them.

I also suggest taking them at dinner and making it routine so you don't forget!

Many say inorganic minerals are worthless...I say BS because when I was anemic my doc gave me iron pills and within about 3 months my iron levels were back up!

Of course, it is best to get our nutrition from food sources, but let's face it that is not always possible and we don't always eat right and our food is not exactly healthy either!
