Oil Pulling with Oregano Oil

Hi everyone

I am new to oil pulling and have been OPing for 2 weeks, with the introduction of Oregano oil 4 days ago.

Last year I had perio surgery - 2 grafts - one of which worked, the other did not.
As a result I have a large area of recession in my upper right molars.
I now go for cleanings every 4 months - this had been keeping the pockets
at their same levels.

A couple of months ago, my gums became inflammed in the area next to the large area of recession. After seeing my own dentist, the periodentist, and the endodentist, no one has been able to find any reason for this - so I am turning to OP in the hope of a miracle happening - I manage to 'cure it' myself! I have added Oregano oil to my OP regime - currently I am using Grapeseed Oil - how long should I use the Oregano oil?
Due to its antobiotoic type properties - should I only be using it for a certain period of time. At the moment I am OPing 2 x day.

I started to rinse with Salt water 2 days ago as well.

I take some vitamin supplements in a hope of helping the gum disease -
multi vit
CoQ10 - 100mg
Vit C - 500mg 2 x day
Cranberry Extract - 1 x day
Fish Oil
Flaxseed oil 1000mg 1 x day
Glucosamine sulphate 500mg 2 x day
Calcium 500mg 2 x day

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
