The first 4-6 pounds are likely water weight. In 14 days I lost about 10 lbs... the last week only 3, but I was weight lifting the second week as well. I've found that a few pounds come back but I can keep my weight down if I'm really good about my diet. I'm going to stay on a light fruit diet for a while (maybe 2 weeks?) and start other foods very slowly. It is said that the metabolism will take at least 4 weeks to recover - hence me working out - so especially watch the diet then if you'd like the benefit of weight loss.
