For the subject it doesn't need to be a yeast or bacteria, you simply may feel that the food you eat isn't giving any nutrition and that may be malabsorption.
Malabsorptions, intolerances, allergies and hidden allergies (cross-reactions) aswell disturbs the intestinal integrity which leds to malnutritioning as no nutrition is being absorbed.

But also bacteries can have the same symptoms as candida, no doubt.
