That's pretty much what we do also. We have a Vita-prep commercial blender, and do smoothie recipes. We very much prefer the smoothies to the juicer.
We also use it to make soups, which are basically just special smoothie recipes, and the blender just warms them up.
We use the grass powder mixture because we can sip it all day long, in between meals. I pretty much add that mix to every liter of water that I drink; for us it is an adjunct to the smoothies, raw foods and other things we eat. It is a protocol that was developed by Dr. Robert Young.
