I prefer to use a blender. I bought a 2 1/2 hp blender. Much nutrition is gotten from the skins, seeds, etc..
Add an apple for sweetness, and maybe a jalapeno pepper for flavor, and a little hotness. Maybe just a half of one depending on the size.
Throw a little celery, kale, spinach, carrot tops (carrots too), grasses, and brocolli. Actually anything. I throw in some seeds, and nuts too. Try to vary as much as I can from time to time.
One thing about a high speed blender is that if you blend it long enough it will heat up, and you can have a soup. Maybe add some vegi's to it for texture and fiber.
