MIRENA REMOVAL: Has anyone fallen pregnant before even getting their first period ?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me! I had the Mirena IUD for just over a year total. Well as I had posted on an earlier forum I had horrible pains and later that next day my IUD came out. I may of had a period or two after first getting Mirena inserted but then NO PERIODS at ALL for the remainder of the year! So my IUD came out on November 11th and I had very light spotting for a couple days but I believe that was just from it coming out! It's now the 8th of December and still no sign of my period. I do know we did have intercourse probably a couple of times in the same week of it coming out and I have taken two preg test and both are showing a NEG result! I also want to add that before I ever got Mirena my periods were like clockwork every 28 days!My problem is with past pregnancies, test have never worked for the first 4 weeks or more and I am feeling very pregnant at the moment!
Another thing is that this was the second time of having Mirena and with the removal of the first one I had years ago I had a period almost immediately after! But it took us 6 months to conceive our daughter!

So I guess I would like to know if there is ANYONE out there the did NOT have periods with Mirena and that fell pregnant immediately after removal before ever getting that first period back??? Tweet
