I can tell you from personal experience that you ABSOLUTELY CAN lose fat without exercise. I lost 94 pounds 2 years ago by fasting; not one lick of exercise. Nobody can tell me that fasting caused me to lose 94 pounds of muscle. When all was said and done, everything that wiggled and jiggled was gone. And there was no weakness either.
