As a type A, in the past (before I knew about soy) when I would eat some tofu it would really hike up my body temperature for a few hours. I could literally feel heat radiating off of my body in a very cold environment where I would normally be shivering.
Now I never touch the stuff except the occasional smidge of soy sauce on something. I feel better for avoiding soy.
I am interested in your being a gourmet chef, can you explain your differentiated sense of food? I would like to know more.
