if you feel the need to have your hip check by means of x-ray or MRI than please go ahead because we can´t look inside of you right.
if you do the exercises like i discribe it (not causing any pain) than you can safely do them as often as you wish (the more the better actually)
the are very easy and it is not so easy to do them wrong so no worries.
As for the shoe inlay: i can´t give a distant diagnosis on that however most of my patients took away their insoles or build up shoes for good after a Dorn Therapy but the must strictly follow the advices and do all exercises regulary but again your ortho has the stop or go for that (actually you have of course!)
