3 years in Pain - help ?=(

Hey guys I been in pain for almost 3 years now and it all started 1 year after my Hepitatis Vaccine ( in my entire life time i only had 1 flu shot and 2 hepitatis shots)

I noticed that my bowel movements suddenly .. for no appearent reason one day just decreased dramatiscially ... also this has caused Tight bladder neck for me ... I have had many tests done , Ct scans , blood , urine , x-ray .. Upper gi tests etc which alll turned out to be normal , i also have been experiancing cold feet and hands and fluids in my abdominal cavity , my family doctor at first told me its all in my head and theres so such thing as fluid in abdominal cavity ... after 1 year of him not believing me ... i told him to come here it (he cant hear it even if i moved my abdominal ... when he heard it ... his like omg .... you are right ! theres fluids there .... SO I WAS PISSED OFF OUT OF MY MIND FOR HIM THINKING I AM CRAZY , anyways he ordered a upper GI test ... which turned out to be normal strangely ... with no fluids in abdominal ...

Please help on what to do to cure my self ?
