My thoughts: for those who want to avoid food to deal with their food issues and just fast to lost weight may want to consider instead a liquid/smoothie diet. No solid food, and smoothies can be great for detox and nutrition - smoothies can be made with fruits and vegetables. I've done mango and kale for example. This would be healthier. Of course, the Master-Cleanse is a great way to start - kinda resets the tastebuds for folks like me that have a sweet tooth issue.
