I've done enough reading on nutrition that I have established most components of what I think is an idea diet. However, it's easier said than done for some. Some people make small changes with each Master-Cleanse (like going from white to wheat for one, eliminating most cheese for another, adding more veggies, less starch, etc.) There are plenty more extreme diets such as going RAW completely and it may be more difficult to do an all-or-nothing, especially if you'll feel pressure from peers/family.
I think a very good place to start is to simply make a habit of more good foods and less bad foods, a change at a time. A neat new site that I just saw on curezone is http://www.whfoods.com
- it's got tons of recipes & info on healthy foods. It would be a great place to start. Where you end up if you get more selective in your food habits is a place you can evolve to in your eating style.
Happy Cleansing and congrats on your efforts so far.
