You've got way to much Sugar in that diet. Cut back on the bananas as too much starch and go easy on the hemp protein because it's too acidic. Unless you are really thin go easy on the nuts too because of fat content. Do more vegetables and veggie juices in your diet. You don't have to eat all day either. Two meals would suffice. If a petite woman I once heard went almost 3 months w/out food (but eventually died) than I know we can live on 2 small meals a day.
