I remember that when starting the anti-yeast diet, I couldn't take garlic nor onions, so the solution was to take a little bit with every other meal, keep reaction symptoms to a minimum, and eventually I got to eat them with every meal (though I try to rotate them now).
Maybe we can make the goal of taking our 30 drops x day in regular small dosages of 5 or 6 drops per time. Or if you feel the morning drops give you the most severe symptoms, lower them and increase the night ones.
