My husband had this


For about 2 years he had really bad breath! Back then I had no idea about all these healthy cleansings. So we bought him an assortment of breath mints, toothpaste and mouthwash.

He also had some skin conditions and athlete's foot. Again, back then, I would have never thought these things were connected. Also he had pretty bad acid reflux.

When I started here, all of a sudden it hit me. I hypothesized that my husband was extremely acidic, and had some sort of systemic infection.

So....first thing we did was give up coffee. Then we went on a series of cleanses, first liver flush, then colon and parasite. My husband had guiarda a couple of years back, and I swear the horrible medication they put him on did not kill all those bugs. Basically, I think he was molding. I know that sounds weird, but it's the only way of describing it.

And we discovered Oil Pulling. The weird thing about OP is that people very often say they have no more morning breath. And that is after OPing 24 hours earlier every day. Imagine that.

But seriously, it is something in your gut most likely. If I were to do it again, knowing what I know now, this is what I would do.

Take Zinc
First Colon Cleanse (We use Oxypowder )
Second parasite Cleanse (We used Humaworm - here on CZ)
Third (immediately after parasite cleanse) Liver Flush

Cut down on all acidic foods like red meat and coffee. If you are a coffee drinker, this can be hard, but we were a 4 cup a day family of the strong stuff and we did it. Now I drink it occassionally for pleasure and damn, it's good. You can google acidic foods and see what might be eliminated. Definitely NO White Sugar . In fact, we have cut out most white things from our diet, and it's amazing how much energy we have. You might be dealing with some Candida issues too, and cutting out white things seems to have an amazing effect on that.

You can lick this. You have to be patient and perserverant. Remember, that bad breath is most likely not coming from your dental health. But if it is, then OP will stop that. I would OP with a drop of Oil of Oregano for about 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for awhile. In between I'd use a few drops of Peppermint Oil.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents (or 2 dollars) on the subject. Trust me, do these things and you will be amazed.
