ty. the first and last time i liver flushed i got 2 stones stuck and it hurt so much. the first stone i had to get rid of via colonic since it wouldn't budge even with Oxypowder but luckily Oxypowder did the trick for the 2nd one which came a day after the first (slow slow slow digestive tract). i know you're supposed to do enemas after the flush, but stool never comes out when i do an enema. flakes and tiny bits of poorly formed stool comes out. so what am i supposed to do to make sure the stones don't rot and stay in my intestines?
