Thank you. I stopped my regular dose of Iodine today. NO PAIN. I am going to stop it for a week and take my vitamin B and selenium.

I do take Niacin 500mg every night, does that count? I know vitamin B1 is supposed to be taken with Selenium for best absorption. I do not have B1 so I must go and buy some.
