I'm 7 years into killing candida and parasites and had been doing very well, much healthier. I rotate antifungals as I always get resistant to them and am on a new set of herbs now. This morning I had my breakfast as usual and then had a huge reaction to it. I got a red flush all over my face and body (like a Niacin flush), which is hot and stiff. In the past I've had this reaction to morning food, but never this bad and I haven't had it for ages. I've got my usual die-off diarrhoea, so I'm wondering if this is a die-off reaction? Does your body retrace the steps of your illness as you get better? What die-off symptoms do people get? I never know if it's die-off or just another bad horrid day!
