Thanks Molly (& everyone else) for the reply. I have not done a cleanse before. I've been on nexium for 4 years, so I'm very prone to reflux anyway. I just bought organic sunflower & sesame oil from my health store a few days ago. Maybe a good time to switch to sesame. No more evening pulls for a while. I've tried non-organic sesame oil for a couple days before & while the effects seem stronger than sunflower, it also upset my stomach (no reflux though). I've ready somewhere about Candied Ginger, I'll try to hunt that done for sure. The only thing I've found that helps me now is lots of Celery (& 7-up as a last resort).
