I love the kelp/dulse supplement, and I'm sure it's helping the electrolyte balance, and slowly increasing water intake.
And I'm also mostly following the equal weights of non-dairy protein with the few sugar/starch meals and snacks. (Except the two bowls of cream of wheat!) My meals otherwise have been great protein and veggies and or salads. These to help the adrenal/circadian rythm.
However, protein and veggies is the secret behind Weight Watchers. One pees like a racehorse!
And, I'm NOT getting to bed on time! It seems that I am quite fond of searching the net in the wee, small hours.
I HAVE been shaving a half hour or so off my surfing time. But I'll have to stop this nap in the daytime business!
Been getting a bit of sunshine on my skin some days.
Getting up in the nighttime is better (thank goodness) but I'll have to work on it with far more dedication.
