I got it from JamesG on the Adrenal Fatigue forum.
Way down on the screen, about three printed out pages from the bottom, there is a suggestion that one add a crushed kelp sprinkle to a little food, and eat it with sips of water. (Ya gotta read it for yourself!)
There's an alternate veggie juice suggestion, too.
It made sense to me that, if the body is trying to dump sodium (to balance the proportions of the four electrolytes), that water follows...hence, too frequent urination. (This explanation is far too simplistic. Read it for yourself.)
I'm 36 hours into the kelp thingy (very lightly, all day long, including meals), and I feel great!
