Why is it I'm unable to pull in morning?

Hello Everyone,

My first time posting here, but have been reading for some time.

When I first discovered this protocol, I tried it in the afternoon or evening as I didn't want to wait till the next morning. Good thing, too, because for some reason if I try to oil pull in the mornings, I begin to gag within a couple minutes. Yes, within 2 minutes!

So, I've been pulling in the afternoon. Today though, since it has been a few months since trying to pull in the morning, I thought I'd give it another try. Nope. Gagging again.

Anyone know why this is?
