If you are getting ozone in the room then you are also getting ozone in the water if you are using a good diffuser in the water on the end of the tubing.You are using correct procedure to have the water cold before ozonating it. It is true that you will not achieve the same levels of ozone in water from an air-fed machine than you will from an oxygen-fed machine, but be assured, you are getting ozone in the water if you're following the guidelines above. One does not necessarily "feel" anything from ozonated water done with an air-fed machine, but there will definitely be benefits long-term and the water will be de-contaminated from harmful microbacteriological content.
