*****Organic (not table salt ) sodium is a good start for correcting allergic responses to food, try taking in lots of celery, its high in sodium, but it is best to balance sodium with pottasium, look to veggie sources for that as well.
It's all very complicated because we are all so unique and have different needs, but it is best to work on getting healthy as naturally as we can so we can ensure that our natural balance doesn't get thrown off even more than when we started the journey of wellness.
