Re: Liver Flush with Coke + Edit

I just completed my fifth Liver Flush this morning. I did both 6PM and 8PM Epsom Salts , but instead of Epsom Salts in the morning, I did a Sea Salt water flush like in the Master Cleanse. There were two reasons for this: 1) after drinking the Epsom Salts , it appeared that I needed an immense amount of water to get things going (I made sure to drink a couple glasses of water before ingesting the epsom salts, but I still didn't have a movement until well after the second dose last night). and 2) epsom salts are NASTY! I believe they are important to relax the ducts, but I really have a hard time with them. Not as hard as the actual olive oil and grapefruit juice mixture.

Grapefruit makes me nauseous, but so does drinking olive oil straight, so there's no clear winner there. Last night was the first time in three tries that I managed to get the entire mixture down. Ugh. I was still burping up olive oil flavor well into the morning. That was ANOTHER reason I decided to do the salt water flush - no other foods seemed to be getting the flavor out of my mouth.

But, the will power appeared to have paid off. I passed about 100 or so very small stones, and one pea-sized stone. But the real payoff came via the salt-water flush; a very thick dark green-grey sludge! This is the kind of thing I felt I wasn't getting out in previous flushes that used only the epsom salts. So from now on, the morning after I plan to only do salt water flush, not epsom salts.
